Our New Course focuses on finding out the key to unlock the secrets and bring harmony and balance in distorted yet seemingly prosperous culture bearing ambiance of Corporate System. This Course would include personal interaction with the employees and management with the company and deciding the dividing parameters that consist of misconception, reality and mismanagement. These three factors can consist of anything that starts from forming groups, gossips, decreasing productivity, biased inclinations and untruthful perception of people and management. This course will let everyone in the top to bottom hierarchy go through a stringent process and bring the reality and system back into place; the place of happiness, positivism, teamwork and productivity.
